NLP Techniques

NLP techniques are aimed at helping people to overcome limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, stop reliving past trauma, understand their mode of communication, realize how they think, see their behavioral patterns, improve their learning and reach their goals.

NLP techniques will help to distort specific past events that cause the client to have a stuck, depressed energy.  The Practitioner offers their client a way to escape from their recurring thinking.  Reliving past experiences, keeps a person locked into the past.  An NLP Practitioner, offers specifically designed techniques to help others to stop referring back to their emotional trauma and consequent associated feelings.  NLP helps people to become free from overwhelming thinking, and emotional pressure.

NLP also uses a system of modelling.  Modeling is when a person models the behavior, attributes, thinking and skills of someone they admire and would love to be like.

Your NLP practitioner

A NLP practitioner will attentively listen to the language structure their client uses, thus gathering information on the clients deep representational system, and their underlying thinking process.  The NLP Practitioner will be aware of any deletions, statements that include for example ‘never’ while gaining rapport and trust. By challenging in a safe and constructive manner the surface language patterns the client uses, the practitioner can recover deleted information from the deep representational systems, offering great transformational insights and alignment with the goals they want to reach.

Lack of objectivity is subjectivity. Subjectivity relates to conscious experiences, perceptions, beliefs, desires, ideas, physical things that from a personas perception are believed to be true . NLP cuts to the very things that have and do influence us, our interpretations of events, feelings and imagery.  NLP techniques can reach deep down into the truth of the matter and frees us from conditioned judgments.
